Updated: Mar 21, 2018

Hello folks, Goran here again and this time we focus our attention on a short list of some incredibly inspiring interviews and speeches. If you need a bit of a pick-me-up this is the place to be. Checkout our list below!

"If you wait until you can do everything for everybody instead of something for somebody you'll end up doing nothing for nobody." A powerful message on the little things we can do each day to make a difference, big or small, in someones life. As you go through you day, think about what kind deed you could do before the day is over. And when your day is done and you reflect on what you got done, it surely will be a highlight in your day.

David Goggins has battled many demons in his life but has accomplished so much through the power of self belief, thinking big, and working day and night to reach his goals. David is a retired Navy SEAL and former USAF Tactical Air Control Party member who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is an ultramarathon runner, ultra-distance cyclist, triathlete and world record holder for the most pull-ups done in 24 hours.

The moment you have an instinct to act on a goal, apply the 5 second rule.

Why is it so hard to do the little things that improve our lives?

The answer is more surprising then you think.

Don't reach for your phone first thing in the morning. Setup a morning and evening routine that will improve your life!

Whether you’ve lost yourself in your job, relationship, your role as a parent or simply feel lost in life in general, you are not alone. It doesn’t mean your life is doomed and that you will never find yourself again. It simply means you are going through an incubation period and transformation. The key is not to get stuck in your current lost state and to tap into your creative power to create a life you love.

Thanks for visiting folks and don't forget to share and subscribe to the blog!
